Steel and solid chimneys

Changes in operating procedures, new boiler systems, necessary construction measures and the damage caused by many years of operation sooner or later lead to repair or conversion work. Especially in the area of solid chimney systems, damage is often pre-programmed when a new boiler is installed. Confronted with this in good time, consequential damage can be avoided by installing a stainless steel inner flue, for example.

It is therefore advisable to check the chimney for the subsequent change in load/operation before making any structural or technical changes.
